What file formats do you supply, and will they work with my machine?
Every design includes DST, PES, EXP and JEF, which between them cover most home and commercial machines. If your machine reads one of these four you are covered; if unsure, check your manual or write to [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] before buying.
Can a design be resized?
Not really — stitch density is built for a specific size, and stretching a design too far distorts it or leaves gaps. If you need a different size, ask for it before you buy, or commission a custom version.
What artwork should I send for a logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is strongly preferred — it keeps clean, sharp lines at any size and makes digitising far more accurate. A high-resolution PNG or JPG can work too, but fine details may need simplifying for thread.
What are the smallest and largest sizes you can embroider?
The largest size is limited by my hoop, currently [[MAX_HOOP_SIZE]]. There is no fixed minimum, but very small designs lose detail once stitched, so I will always say honestly if something will not work at the size you have in mind.
Can you stitch very fine detail or small text?
Sometimes, but not always — thread has a thickness that ink and pixels do not. Thin outlines and small text can blur or fill in once stitched, so I will flag this in advance and suggest a bolder alternative.
How do you match thread colours?
I match to the closest thread in my range using your artwork or reference, and list the exact colours in the README or your quote. Screens and thread are different mediums, so an exact match is not always possible, but I get as close as I can.
How do I wash and care for an embroidered garment?
Turn it inside out, wash on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and never iron directly on the stitched area. This keeps the stitches sitting well and the colours sharp for a long time.
Can I send you my own garment to embroider?
Yes — tell me the garment, its fabric and where you would like the design placed, and I will confirm it is suitable first. Some fabrics need extra stabiliser or are not ideal for embroidery, so I will flag any concerns upfront.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, from team kits to corporate batches. Bulk pricing applies from 15 pieces — send me your logo and quantities and I will put together a quote.
How long does custom work take?
Digitising usually takes 2-3 giorni lavorativi, and once you approve the preview, stitching follows the same lead time as any made-to-order piece. I will give a realistic timeline with your quote and confirm it again on approval.
What happens if the stitch-out has a fault?
If a finished piece has a genuine stitching fault — broken thread, misalignment, or a mistake against the approved preview — I will fix or restitch it at no extra cost. Email [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] with a photo and your order details as soon as you spot it.
Can I resell or share the digital files I buy?
No. Digital designs are sold for personal, single-user use — stitch them for yourself or as gifts, but reselling, sharing or redistributing the files is not allowed. If you need a design for business or multi-user use, get in touch and we can talk about licensing.
Can I get an invoice with a P.IVA number?
Yes. Add your P.IVA and billing details at checkout, or email [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] after ordering and I will issue a proper invoice.
