How It Works
Stitcheria is a one-person bottega — everything is stitched, checked and packed by me, in Italy. The three things I sell work differently, so here is what to expect from each.
Buying a digital embroidery design
Each design is sold as a ZIP file, delivered the instant your payment goes through. Inside you will find:
- The design in four formats — DST, PES, EXP and JEF
- A photo of the actual stitch-out
- A short README with the colour sequence and stitch count
You will need an embroidery machine and software that reads one of these formats — check your manual if you are unsure.
Because the file is yours the moment you download it, I cannot accept returns or refunds once the download has started. Have a good look at the photos and details on the listing first.
Ordering a made-to-order piece
You choose the garment, size, colour and placement. Nothing is pre-made and nothing is print-on-demand — once you order, I set up my machine and stitch that specific piece for you.
That means real lead time: stitching takes hours, not seconds, and I do it one piece at a time. Current lead time is 7-10 giorni lavorativi days before dispatch, confirmed at checkout or by email.
Commissioning custom work
For logos, portraits, corporate orders or team runs, send me your artwork or a description. I will turn that into a quote based on size, stitch count and complexity.
Before anything touches the machine, I digitise your design and send a digital preview showing colours, placement and layout. You approve that preview before I stitch a single thread.
Approval is the point of no return: once you say yes, the design goes into production and cannot be changed or cancelled. Take your time with the preview, and ask for changes before you approve, not after.
